Alas! Google offers so many services now

I was thinking move my microsoft outlook online and found google offers far more services as i have thought. but for everyday work i am not sure it can run fast enough. that is the heclius' heels of the web based applictaions. anyway in desktop application you can right click and get the context menu instantly. if google can help me import all my information from my desktop application to web, say, outlook, that would be very helpful and encouraging for me to go web.
